Item arrived broken. I already called back and sent other photos last week. The Manta Ray does NOT operate as well. Still have not heard back from your Customer Service!

This is exquisite. How beautiful and calming. Beautiful piece of art. Wish it was for me however I cant wait to see the look on their face when they recieve it!
I'm really very happy with the item—it matches my order perfectly and works great, and it arrived well-protected (which was necessary given the condition of the box).
