I ordered the Walnut version the 28th of June. I was sceptic at first because I did not know if it would be delivered, knowing I could be scammed through TikTok. But the 13th of July it was delivered at my doorstep! It had to be shipped to the Netherlands and no problem following the Dragon along the trip. The package was neatly wrapped in bubble plastic and the Dragon itself was also wrapped perfect to avoid damage during travel. The instructions to assemble the Dragon was easy to use and even got some spare parts if something breaks in the future. I am very pleased with this product and would definitely recommend! I am even looking at other products :)

Could you please let me know if the motor can still be heard running, but the dragon itself is not moving? Before trying anything else, please make sure the dragon has been charged for at least 10–15 minutes using the charging cable included in the box. During charging, the dragon cannot operate, which is normal. After charging, please try turning it on again. If you can hear the motor running but the dragon is not moving, it's possible that an internal gear became stuck during transportation due to an impact in transit. As a first step, could you please try gently tapping the base with your hand a few times and then testing it again? If convenient, would you also be able to send us a short video showing the issue? That will help us identify the exact cause more quickly. Please don't worry — if this turns out to be a product quality issue, we will arrange a free replacement and make sure the problem is fully resolved. We always stand behind our products and will take responsibility for making things right. I look forward to hearing from you.

The carving is no where near the quality of the pictures. Also there is clear glue surrounding the ears. The aesthetic quality get a 5 star, but the actual construction isn't t worth the price.

Absolutely 5 stars for these guys. I ordered the Dragon and Manta Ray, one for each of my adult daughters, and they both loved them. They’re beautiful, easy to finish putting together, and arrived on time. The only tiny negative- when I ordered them I got a shipping tracker email with a dead link.
