Free Shipping
We are pleased to offer our customers great value and service, with shipping available from our warehouses in Asia, Europe, and the United States.
Most of our products qualify for free shipping, and free shipping may also be available once your order reaches a certain amount.
For some remote areas, a small logistics surcharge may apply.
Shipping to Most Countries Worldwide
We are proud to offer international shipping services.
However, there are still some locations that we are currently unable to ship to. In general, if you are able to select your country or region at checkout, this means we can ship there.
If your destination country is not listed in the dropdown menu, please feel free to contact us, as it may be possible that we have not yet added the corresponding shipping route.
If your country or region is temporarily unavailable for delivery due to special circumstances, we will contact you proactively.
Lost / Missing Packages
MARINER POET is not responsible if an incorrect address is entered during checkout. Please make sure that your billing address and shipping address are correct before placing your order.
If the issue is caused by our mistake, we will take full responsibility and resolve the original order for you at no additional cost.
Customs Fees
In most cases, customs fees have already been covered by us after the item is shipped, so you generally do not need to worry about additional charges, and the package will be delivered directly to you.
However, in very rare cases, certain countries or regions may have particularly sensitive customs policies, and local customs or tax authorities may contact you to pay additional duties or fees. This situation is very uncommon and usually only occurs in a small number of countries worldwide.
For such unusual customs duties or other import-related charges caused by local policies, we are unfortunately unable to cover them in all cases, especially when the amount may be significantly higher than the value of the product itself. If you encounter this situation, please contact us, and we will work with you to discuss a reasonable solution.
By purchasing our products, you agree that your order may be shipped in one or more packages, and that in rare cases, unusual customs duties or other customs-related charges may occur upon arrival in your country due to local regulations.
Shipping Time
We do our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. In most cases, delivery takes approximately 7–15 days to most countries.
However, delivery may sometimes take a few extra days depending on your location and other factors beyond our control. During peak shipping periods, delivery may take approximately 5 additional business days longer than usual.
Estimated delivery times for certain regions are as follows:
- Middle East, Israel, India, Norway, Switzerland, remote European islands, and remote U.S. areas such as Hawaii: approximately 15–22 business days
- Russia: approximately 30 days
- Colombia: approximately 35–45 business days
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
However, due to some free shipping methods, tracking information may occasionally be unavailable.

My Tracking Says “No Information Available at the Moment”
For some shipping companies, tracking information may take 1–3 business days to update in the system.
If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and there is still no information available for your tracking number, please contact us.
Will My Items Be Sent in One Package?
If your package exceeds the limitations of the shipping method, such as size or weight restrictions, items from the same order may sometimes be shipped in separate packages for logistical reasons.
